Toledo judges object to plan to cut jail space at CCNO

Lucas County Commissioner Pete Gerken plans to cut the number of prisoners allowed for 2018 at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, which is a move the Toledo Municipal Court judges think will have negative effects on their operations.
