Toledo intersection OK'd for paving

Toledo City Council voted Tuesday to spend $150,000 on Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson's end-of-year attempt to repave one of the city's crumbling intersections before freezing temperatures bring an end to the street-repaving season.
