Toledo gets first 2019 football commitment

The University of Toledo football team received its first commitment for the 2019 recruiting class on Monday when Michael Bergen pledged to the Rockets. Bergen, a 6-foot-5, 270 pound offensive tackle from Avon High School near Cleveland, chose Toledo over Purdue and Cincinnati as well as several Mid-American Conference schools.
