Toledo Councilman Webb appointed to Lucas County Treasurer vacancy

The Lucas County Democratic Party on Tuesday appointed Toledo Councilman Lindsay Webb as the new county treasurer to succeed former Treasurer Wade Kapszukiewicz, now Toledo’s mayor.
