Toledo councilman apologizes to citizens for behavior in restaurant incident

Toledo City Councilman Tyrone Riley said he has paid an outstanding bill at a local restaurant and offered an apology to the citizens of Toledo for the way he handled the restaurant owner’s accusations that he dined and dashed.
