Toledo Council Approves First Outdoor Refreshment Area

Toledo City Council has approved, by a vote of 9 to 1, the establishment of an Outdoor Refreshment Area along Adams Street in the UpTown area of Downtown Toledo. The district will run between 11 According to the plan, presented by The Village on Adams organization, the ORA will operate Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 1:00 a.m. On holidays and special events the hours will be noon to 1:00 a.m. An "official cup" will be available for purchase
