Toledo council approves a new spending budget

Toledo City Council today approved a new city spending budget for 2016 that raises the trash collection fees that citizens will pay. Council voted 10-2, with Councilmen Sandy Spang and Rob Ludeman voting not, to approve the spending plan advocated by Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson.
