Toledo City Council approves regional water plan

Lake Erie water makes its appearance in the Collins Park Water Treatment plant in the Rapid mix room, where aluminum sulfate is added. In this room at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant in Toledo, new paddles have been installed to improve flocculation as part of the water treatment process.
