Toledo behavioral health organization owes state $1.87M, auditors find

COLUMBUS — Empowered for Excellence Behavioral Health of Ohio owes the Ohio Department of Medicaid approximately $1.87 million due to improper Medicaid payments over a three-year period, according to a new compliance examination released by the Ohio Auditor of State’s Office.
