Toledo-based union relieved after judge blocks North Carolina's Farm Act

A  federal judge in North Carolina on Thursday temporarily stopped the state from implementing a labor-related law after the Toledo-based agricultural union, Farm Labor Organizing Committee, challenged the measure in court.
