Toledo-area Courtyard by Marriott sold, to remain a Marriott

The sale of more than a dozen Courtyard by Marriott hotels to a Canadian company, announced Thursday, included one in Holland and another in Miamisburg, Ohio, a representative for commercial real estate broker Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said.
