Toledo abortion clinic asks Supreme Court justice to remove herself from case

COLUMBUS — The attorney for Toledo’s last abortion clinic has officially asked Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy to remove herself from the state’s pending case seeking to shut the clinic’s doors.
