To the editor: What's next for bridge project?

Work has progressed on the Waterville bridge project. Trees have been downed and, on the Wood County side, the ground is leveled. On the Lucas County side, a house and a restaurant were removed. However, I live a few miles from this site and I do not recall ever seeing any drawings showing the final plan for the new span.
