To the editor: His own worst enemy

The Blade’s March 20 editorial, “A failure of duty,” is once again long on opinion, but little on fact. First of all, before opining one way or the other, The Blade should wait for the full report from the Justice Department’s inspector general. Without the report, conjecture reigns.
