Thomas O. Karst

Thomas O. Karst, a child psychologist and a faculty member at the former Medical College of Ohio who helped create a program to help Toledo schoolchildren with emotional and behavioral problems, died Sunday in Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. He was 78. His death was unexpected, and the cause was not known, family members said.
