Thomas O. Karst (1938-2016)

PORT CLINTON — Thomas O. Karst, a child psychologist and a faculty member at the former Medical College of Ohio who helped create a program to help Toledo schoolchildren with emotional and behavioral problems, died Sunday in Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. He was 78.
