Thomas M. Taplinger

Thomas M. Taplinger, an insurance agent and financial planner who maintained business relationships and friendships over decades, died Tuesday at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Fla. He was 72. Mr. Taplinger, formerly of West Toledo and Sylvania, lived since 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
