This is how his garden grows

Byron Wynn, culinary arts and events director at the Sofia Quintero Arts and Cultural Center in South Toledo, picks garbage out of the vegetable beds in preparation for the planting of a revitalized chef's garden on the property. Mr. Wynn said the vegetables and spices will be used for cooking classes at the center as well as for special catered events.
