Tony Packo’s new drive-through restaurant at 3348 Secor Rd., the first of its kind for the company, will go through a private test run Wednesday to see how smoothly the operation runs. If all goes well, the company will decide on Friday when it will open but officials of Bennett Management Co. say the restaurant will open no later than Monday.
