Terra State cuts back costs for out-of-state students

FREMONT — Terra State Community College in Fremont has announced that it is offering out-of-state students the opportunity to attend college for the price of in-state tuition, plus $1, if they live on campus. Terra State will open the Landings at Terra Village student residence hall in the fall of 2018.
