Tentative settlement reached with failed Toledo solar-panel manufacturer Xunlight

After 18 months, a tentative settlement has been reached between creditors and debtors in the case of Xunlight Corp., the failed Toledo solar-panel manufacturer accused of taking millions in federal and Ohio public funds while secretly plotting to move its operations to China where it now does business.
