Teen Murder Suspect Facing Adult Trial

A Toledo teenager accused of killing his ex-girlfriend's brother will be tried as an adult. A Lucas County judge ruled yesterday that 16-year-old Devonte Brown will not be rehabilitated in the juvenile justice system.
