Task Force urges fast resumption of carp-barrier project

Four co-chairmen of the House Great Lakes Task Force, including U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo), have told the Trump Administration it is imperative that work resume on the invasive carp barrier near Chicago as soon as possible.
