Talks start on fetus disposal

COLUMBUS — Hearings began Wednesday on a pair of bills that would spell out how abortion clinics must dispose of fetal remains in the wake of findings from Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office that some had ended up in a Kentucky landfill.
