Sylvania weighs options for remodeling U.S. 23 interchange

Changes to Sylvania’s U.S. 23 interchange could ease congestion and improve safety there, but elaborate “diverging-diamond” or “single-point” redesigns would not be practical or effective, a consultant has told city council.
