Suspect in Reagan Tokes' death faces death penalty

COLUMBUS — A Columbus man has been indicted on multiple charges and could face the death penalty in relation to the February rape and murder of Reagan Delaney Tokes, a 21-year-old former Monclova Township woman and Ohio State University student.
