Sturgeon could soon return to roam Maumee River again

Three years ago, about a half-dozen folks with a passion for conservation in common met in the lounge on the first floor of the historic Toledo Yacht Club. There was a clean-water activist, a charter boat captain, a fisheries biologist, and a public relations specialist, among others.
