Strickland passed on Toledo for debates

After choosing Youngstown and Cleveland over Toledo for potential debate cities, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Ted Strickland said he is willing to add a fourth debate — in Toledo — to the agreed-on schedule of three debates.
