Strickland campaigns on trade

Former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland highlighted U.S. Sen. Rob Portman’s history of supporting international trade agreements at a local political stop Wednesday, despite Mr. Portman’s surprise announcement last week that he will oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
