Strickland ad aims to explain rainy day fund use

Ohio U.S. Senate candidate Ted Strickland hit the television airwaves Wednesday with an ad aiming to explain what he calls a misleading attack that he acknowledges has hurt his campaign — that he wiped out the state’s rainy day fund as governor.
