Steven W. Smalley: 1959-2016

CAREY, Ohio — Steven W. Smalley, mayor of the Wyandot County village of Carey who showed his creativity in the catering and floral business he owned with his wife, died Friday in the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was 56.
