State Rt. 163 bridge job may be delayed a year

PORT CLINTON — Replacement of the State Rt. 163 drawbridge in Port Clinton, scheduled to start next month, may be postponed a year because of fabrication problems, an Ohio Department of Transportation official said Friday.
