State Rep. Ashford backs Hicks-Hudson for Ohio House seat

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson would go to Columbus as state representative replacing state Rep. Michael Ashford (D., Toledo), under a plan Mr. Ashford said he is recommending to the Lucas County Democratic Party.
