State patrol to focus on Erie, Ottawa counties

Throughout August, the Ohio Highway Patrol will focus all of its enforcement efforts between 2 and 5 p.m. on policing traffic on two-lane state and federal highways in Erie and Ottawa counties, the state police agency said Sunday.
