State ag department seeks no money from those responsible for August fish kills

The Ohio Department of Agriculture will only issuing warnings to two people — and will leave it up to a local authorities t to issue a warning to a third party — deemed responsible for 66,701 manure-based fish kills in the Maumee River watershed in August.
