Springfield High School honors late teacher with blood drive

The Third Annual Jim Schall Memorial Blood Drive was held Wednesday at Springfield High School. The drive was held in honor of Mr. Schall, a physics teacher who taught at the district for 10 years before he died unexpectedly after a brain hemorrhage in 2014. The drive had 67 slots available for donation and is held in the summer when the Red Cross typically experiences a blood shortage.
