Sprague victory for treasurer solidifies general election picture

COLUMBUS—The Ohio Republican Party’s endorsed candidate for state treasurer, Rep. Robert Sprague (R., Findlay), easily won the party’s nomination to do battle with Democratic nominee Rob Richardson, a Cincinnati labor attorney, on Nov. 8.
