Speight delivers for Michigan

MINNEAPOLIS — Jim Harbaugh insists Jake Rudock wasn’t concussed and that Wilton Speight is the Michigan football team’s No. 2 quarterback — and has been within the last month, even though the redshirt freshman had only played in the late moments of a handful of Michigan’s games so far this season.
