Speeding woman with unsecured toddler charged

A Cleveland woman faces a host of charges after police say she was going 90 mph on Interstate 90 with a 2-year-old unrestrained in the front seat. Police have charged Cherita Foreman, 27, with speeding, having an improperly restrained child, child endangerment, possession of marijuana, identity theft and a felony count of illegal use of a credit card.
