Southview's Hayes, AW's Pollard are state champs

COLUMBUS — Southview's Frank Hayes became a two-time Division I state track and field champion after he won the boys 800 meters for the second year in a row on Saturday at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
