South Toledo couple pleads in shooting

On the day their case was set for trial, a South Toledo couple accused of trying to kill a woman they believed was involved in their son’s murder entered into plea agreements Monday that require they testify against their co-defendant, former Toledo police Lt. Frank Ramirez.
