‘Snow angels’ called on

Hoping to appeal to people’s concerns about children’s safety, Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson and other officials visited a Toledo grade school Friday to urge residents to comply with laws requiring property owners to clear their sidewalks after winter storms.
