Shivering in the New Year

Ohioans welcomed the New Year with the numb fingers of people who have spent the past several days in bitterly cold weather. The National Weather Service issued a Wind Chill Advisory for central Ohio until noon Tuesday with wind chill factors as low as 25-below-zero possible.
