Second competency evaluation ordered for man accused of toddler's murder

A former North Toledo man accused in the death of his girlfriend's 1-year-old daughter was ordered Tuesday to undergo a second psychological evaluation to determine whether he is competent to stand trial and whether he was legally insane at the time of the offense.
