Scoles appointed to 3-year term on Humanities Council

Clyde Scoles, director and fiscal officer of the Toledo Lucas County Public Library, has been named to a three-year term on the board of directors for the Ohio Humanities Council. Mr. Scoles’ term will begin Nov. 1.
