Science gets dropped from curriculum at City Council

When the Toledo City Council decided last week it would turn down a proposal to give the Metroparks of the Toledo Area permission to conduct a deer cull at Swan Creek Preserve Metropark in South Toledo, you had to wonder: was this Groundhog Day 2.0, theater of the absurd, or just the quarterly meeting of the local chapter of Science-Deniers-R-Us.
