Sandusky firm owner facing fraud charges

The minority owner of a Sandusky equipment rental company is to be arraigned Thursday in U.S. District Court in Toledo on charges he took part in a large-scale theft scheme at the Castalia Farms corporate retreat owned by Owens-Illinois Inc.
