Salt trucks prepare for snow to come

Paul Cooper, an employee of Toledo’s division of streets, bridges, and harbor, fills city trucks with road salt in preparation for bad weather. The mission Wednesday was to restock the city’s outlying salt barns in preparation for more snow that was to fall overnight.
