Ruling affecting bail amounts spurred judge's run for high court

COLUMBUS — Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Megan Shanahan always had the Ohio Supreme Court in the back of her mind, but she said she knew she had to run after the high court's 2022 ruling affecting judges' bail decisions.
