Route 163 drawbridge delay still in question

PORT CLINTON — Closing of the State Rt. 163 drawbridge in Port Clinton for drawspan replacement has been delayed to Nov. 5, but the Ohio Department of Transportation hasn’t given up yet on proceeding with the project this winter.
